Thx so much for responding. Unfortunately, none of your suggested troubleshooting steps resulted in a solution. I've paired bluetooth devices to a number of different PCs, cars, phones, etc so I can't imagine what I'm doing wrong. The driver is updated, the device is recognized and working properly in the device manager and I got no errors after running hardware diagnostics.
If anyone has run into this --- or better yet --- if anyone can confirm that pairing a device to the XPS 18 works flawlessly for them, it would be greatly appreciated.
THX!

Hi chunchma,
Good day and welcome to the community!
Thanks for reaching out to us. You have to make sure that those drivers are up to date. You can check on this link http://dell.to/12QP7Pr for the most updated one. You can also verify in the device manager if the card is being recognized by the system. At the same time, kindly run the system diagnostics to isolate any Hardware failure. Just restart the system and tap F12 on dell logo. Let me know of the results. Glad to help.
Thanks and Regards,
