Just an FYI - I recently got an Inspiron 5100 and reinstalled the OS.

I found that the AccessDirect "feature" was not on either of my

Resource CDs {and the zip file is missing as well}.  So I suspect that this was an OOPS on

Dell's end and that there a bunch of CDs out there

without this app.  I was able to download the

self-extracting install from Dell's support site.

Just search for "R53756.exe"
