Bios problem

I have a dell inspiron 1100 with bios a26 and there is  A28 for the bios. But  when I go to dell site to download the new bios it say there none new bios verison. 2. my laptop dose not keep the right time help. it keeps going back 3 hours.

    Thank you for using Dell's Community Forum.

    If your system keeps loosing time, the issue is most likely your CMOS battery.
    You should contact us to have that replaced.

    Look at the time zone you have set in Windows.  It is probably going out to the internet to update the clock and with the wrong time zone selected, you keep getting 3 hours off.
