correct battery usage
Hey!
I've just bought a Vostro 5470. My question is that, do I have to charge the battery for a longer time? Do I have to "cook it"? (Sorry, but in my language thats the correct expression and I hope you'll get this. :D )
And how should I use it, to keep the battery life long?

The two big "do not":
Do not deep discharge the battery - don't run the system until it cuts out.
Do not run on AC power all the time.
Beyond that, normal use will be about two years before the battery will no longer hold sufficient charge.
