    Hi,

When did the issue start? Have you tried doing a system restore ??

How about in safemode, do you experience the lag??

Have you tried updating the drivers, after the issue started ??

    Regards

Good morning when I use with the power connected or safe mode I have not the problem.. also I can not find my intel graphics card listed in the control panel system.. meaby is a problem with the graphic card drivers. CanI disconnect the intel one or amd one in the bios? My bios is A14 version.

Hi, Few bios have options to disable the card in BIOS. You can give it a shot. Or you can uninstall the video drivers in windows and it will run on intel card by default. Regards

    Hi,

As per the logs we see you are uninstalling the Intel drivers, request you to uninstall the AMD drivers.
If the issue still persists, then a windows install will be the last resort .

    Regards
