Go to SolutionDell inspiron E1705 ..
I just did a reformat with Windows XP Pro .. It boots to Windows but now I cant seem to get on the Internet .. Lanline or WiFi .. Are there any downloads I need to get started .. I got this laptop off of Amazon so it was wipe clean before I got it .. Any help would be thankfull .. New at this .. So please keep it simple for me if you can .. Thanks in advance ..

After installing the operating system, drivers has to be installed for the system to work fine, Please find the link below to download the drivers:

Download the drivers in the order given below:
To know the type of wireless card and video card the system has, go to device manager and check under Network Adapters and Display Adapters respectively and install the appropriate driver from the support website.
Please restart the system after each installation. To flash BIOS, click on BIOS from the list and click on ‘Download File’ and follow onscreen instruction. Follow the same steps to download remaining drivers.
