HDMI Stopped Working (Dell Latitude E5420)
Hi,
I just recently got a Dell Latitude E5420 and was enjoying it since I got to connect my laptop to my HDTV and it worked great the past few weeks. However, i tried it again today and it no longer works. I cannot get the picture or audio to be shown on my television. I am running Windows 7. I know it's not my TV since I am able to connect other devices tot he same HDMI port on the television set. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

did this ever get resolved? I am having the exact same problem. In fact, it is also not auto-detecting the connection to the VGA port. The really crazy thing is that if I connect a VGA monitor, then right-click on the desktop, it *magically* finds the VGA monitor and connects to it. This trick does not work for the HDMI port though.
Please Help!!!
