Latitude E series

I'm currently planning to upgrade from a Latitude D610 to an E6410, and was wondering which of the D series accessories (if any) are compatible with the E series. I'm mainly interested in:

1) Power Adapter. I bought a 90W adapter for my D610 and was wondering if that is also compatible with the E series?

2) Is there a media bay battery module for the E-series, and are the D-series media bay batteries compatible with the E series?

    The adapter will work, and though there are dual-battery options for the E series, the D-series battery will not work with an E-series system.

    Can you tell me if the Latitude D-bay hard drives can be used in the E-series systems or will replacements for those also be needed?

    It depends on the drive.  EIDE drives (D810 or earlier) won't work.  SATA drives (D820, D830) will - with a change in the adapters (the adapter bays will not fit).
