Latitude Power Problem

I have 2 Latitude 600's, both with the same problem. When I turn the power on, I get a flashing green light indicating it's trying to boot for maybe 5 seconds, then its shuts down, nothing appears on the screen. Any suggestions?

    yeah hey i am having a similar problem but my power light stays on for about 10 seconds and then the batt. light flashes once and the screen does nothing both lights are green, it is a used computer... but it should still work
    i have the latitude cpi
    please help i need my laptop to work soon or else im gunna be off the net for good
