Correction, I just downloaded the 64 bit version and there is no change.

I still went through the installation routine, the moust sits there and blinks as if nothing even attempted to connect.

I downloaded and ran setpoint480.exe and it says it is imcompatible with my OS.

That is for Windows XP, I am using Windows 7, 64 bit.

That driver made things worse!

Previously the mouse would stop working once every few hours.  Now it doesn't work at all!  I tried re-adding it to blue tooth devices, it detects the mouse fine, but after it "successfully" pairs, the mouse does not work at all.

I was also fighting this problem for quite a while (installing/updating/de-installing/re-installing chipset driver, bluetooth driver, setpoint, rebooting, removing and re-adding the device in the bluetooth device list).

It always ended with windows saying the device connected successfully, but the mouse still blinking blue and not working.

What _finally_ did the trick for me was:

De-install the bluetooth 375 driver.

In device manager click on "Detect changed hardware" (or so, reads "Nach geänderter Hardware suchen" in my German Windows version).

So far it has been working fine for a couple of days - keeping my fingers crossed.
