I tried the Dell Support Center application but there's no card reader to be found for me to check/run test on list of hard wares... I tried to custom scan it and found that there's also no card reader to check/run test, but still I have a card reader slot... wondering why? I still continue to run the pc checkup and I the result were all "Passed".... help please, I think running pc checkup doesn't solve my issue about card reader... thanks in advance...

btw, I have installed correctly the driver for card reader and still getting the same output "Failed", and to be sure, using my service tag, I let it to auto analyze my system to check my appropriate drivers...

If you are not able to install the drivers provided in the link, please run PC Checkup on your machine and check if it returns any error codes related to the Card Reader. yes, pc-checkup powered by pc doctor, that was the application you've provided though link, I have installed it yet I have it already on my laptop, but really, there's no issue about card reader nor displaying I have card reader or not after attempting few times of rescanning my whole system...if that would be the problem (K02=> Card Reader Issue) please provide the solutions.
