If you explained why you want the Fn key to be sticky it would help. If it's so you can use the keyboard number keys without pressing the Fn key there is a setting in the BIOS for it.

That was the main reason ...  guess I just missed that option :(

 

Would that option let me just press the Fn key once to use the keypad or does it just keep it on permanently?

Yeah ... i have an external num keypad as well, but i don't always have it with me ...  

I think?? once you hit the numlock it turns on the keypad and then you either have to hit/hold down the Fn key to type letters OR turn off the numlock. I don't use that feature but I know it's there on my 2 Dell notebooks. I opted for a numeric keypad that connect to the USB port, must simpler and all the keys are in the right places (Not so with the keyboard keypad).
