X1 - Windows 2000 - SD Card Reader Driver

Hello All - Have a small problem with the X1's SD Card reader and Windows 2000.  The problem is I can't find a driver for it so it shows up as a unknown device in the Device Manager.  Have tired all drivers from Dell as well as some other 3rd party drivers but nothing has worked.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Not sure what you mean by X1 but thats not a model number.

PCMCIA non cardbus readers can have IRQ routing problems with WIN2000 and service packs.

This may sound like overkill but you might want to seriously consider upgrading to XP. There are a lot of other advantages to XP you will probably really like to-boot.

Not sure why you don't think there is a Latitude X1 laptop model around, but I have the same issue.  Haven't found a driver for it yet, so keep looking...

Can't run XP for software reasons..
