M783s problems

my monitor is really messing up

these dark red horizontal lines pop up spontaneously every know and then

i use the degauss option and its no use

its really getting worse as time passes by

these lines are starting to stay longer on the monitor when they pop up

its really annoying

feedback is appreciated from a dell representative

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Try the steps below to see if they resolve the issue.

Ensure monitor is in proper video mode

Adjust size first then the moiré controls

Did this issue ever get resolved?

I've been having the same problem for a few months now, and it's getting much, much worse.

The above suggestions did nothing.

Hi!

I'm also having this problem....

I try it on another computer and it's doesn't go off...

Hopping to find an issue....

My opinion is that it's the monitor himself that's not working propelly....
