Hi,

My dad just bought a new Viewsonic CRT 17" from Dell for his Dimension desktop. The monitor graphics look really good but there is a single yellow line running horizontally across the screen. Whenever he clicks on a folder to open, the line disappears but will reappear again as soon as he goes back to the desktop. The resolution is set to 1024 x 768 @72hz. These settings should be perfect but something is still wrong with the display. Can anyone give me some advice before he calls Viewsonic tech support?
