S3222DGM, MacBook, color issues
I noticed the color scheme is off on it. Is there a color profile I can download that will work for this monitor?

I have the same Dell monitor and similar color match issue. When using a wallpaper with mostly blue hues the Dell monitor's stock color mode makes it appear with a lot of purple hues.
The best match from the Color Profiles that I could find was the CIE RGB.
Perhaps combining that with a setting on the monitor itself will work for you too.Compare the blues and reds

I have a MacBook Air M1 with 2 thunderbolt /usb 4 ports, will it work with a Dell S3222DGM?

* The S3222DGM driver page does not list Apple macOS. So no, we do not have an ICM which controls the color for Apple macOS
* What specific MacBook Pro?
* Does the S3222DGM appear in the macOS Display Color settings?
* Are there other Display profiles to test?
