U2312HM light diagonal stripes
The diagonal stripes run both ways, the ones from bottom left to top right are more noticeable. I can see them on any light color. The monitor was replaced 2 times. Same issue on each monitor. Self test when monitor is unplugged to computer and resets doesn't help anything, but just proves that the issue is directly related to the monitor itself. I made some investigations and found that these "stripes" or "lines" are may be related to matte effect of this monitor. The matte effect is some Plastic mesh siting in front of the monitor in order to tone down the glossy of the internal LCD mask. Is that correct? and what can be done if these "lines" or "stripes" Uncomfortable and annoying?

As I wrote In Question body, I did this test. It was when the monitor wasn't connected to PC's VGA card or to any other device except 220V AC Cable., but the strips are still there. They are minted and not moving. As I wrote they look like plastic matte filter or like fishing net. Please read again what I wrote and I will be glad to get answer according to the question. Thanks in advance.

Now post a picture while on the windows desktop. What is the 20 digit alpha-numeric monitor serial number from the rear label? Did you happen to notate the serial numbers from the prior two monitors? Based on those BID pictures, that monitor is within our manufacturer specifications.

Can you show me these specifications written somewhere? How this visible defect of the picture can be regular specification. This is clearly something that messes with the product purpose, to show clean and clear picture!

It is within specifications. If the other two were the same, they should not have been replaced.

That could be awful and annoying but there are ways to get rid of those stripes. Hope these steps will help you:
If the monitor reveals all of the color screens precisely, the monitor is functioning. The problem could be with either the video card, cabling, or the video card driver.
