U2720Q, USB-C stopped working, #2
The USB-C PD no longer accepts video input. It still charges my laptop, but yesterday, it doesn't detect any video input from my 2 laptops. I have used different USB-C cables to test if it was a problem with the cable but nothing works. I also tried using another laptop, but no luck either. The HDMI, however, does work. Has anyone run into same problem?

* Connect via HDMI to HDMI cable
* Press the Input Source button
* Set Auto Select to On
* Set Auto Select for USB-C to Yes = The monitor always switch to USB-C video without
asking while USB-C connected. See page 38 in the online U2720Q User's Guide
* Exit the Menu
* Disconnect the HDMI to HDMI cable
* Connect the provided USB-C to C cable and retest

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup a refurbished monitor exchange.
