UP3216Q, DUCCS, verify the USB connection
I have a problem with the Dell Up3216Q monitor (F/W M2T104).
Dell UltraSharp Color Calibration: v1.6.1.2844 | XDR Version: 3.1.7.6
The CAL2 (calibration) setting may not be updated. The Update crashes when CAL2 is selected. CAL1 update works fine. Where is the fault?
Errors:
Dell UltraSharp Calibration Solution
Could not set the display's default luminance.
Please verify the USB connection.
Power cycle the display, restart the application and try again.

For my notes, click my name and private message me the UP3216Q service tag number.
The UP3216Q driver page only shows DUCCS 1.5.9 as its supported version =
DUCCS (1.6.1.2844) shows as only compatible with the Dell Canvas 27.
* Uninstall DUCCS (1.6.1.2844)
* Restart the PC when done
* Download/install DUCCS 1.5.9
* Restart the PC when done
* Retest DUCCS 1.5.9
