Hello my name is ebony and if anyone out there can help me I would be eternally grateful.  I have not been able to use the internet on my home computer for about a week & a 1/2.  Theerror tells me that there is something wrong with the modem.  I have called tech support & have done everything they told me with no change.  The only thing i have not used is the cd with the drivers & modems on it, can someone tell me what I am supposed to install off of the disk?
