Can't Change Email Address
I am trying to change my email address but am receiving this, immediate error: "Your profile has issues. Please contact helpdesk." Anyone know what this issues may be, or who I am supposed to contact? Thanks!

You will need to call Customer Care at 1-800-624-9897 and they will fix the email for you.

Uh, no, I'm trying to change the email address associated with my Dell account. Account Settings > Edit sign-in information > Change Email Address, I receive the error.

You would contact the service who you have your email through. Maybe your internet service?
