When you perform a BIOS firmware update, remove any external USB devices except for mouse and keyboard. 

At this point, let reseat the memory modules, replace the coin cell battery, clear CMOS via jumper, temporary remove graphics card if using one, connect the monitor to integrated graphics port and retest the machine.  If problem persisted, note the amber error light pattern and post it here.

You just remove the memory modules and re-inserting until you hear firm clicks from the DIMM locks.  It's just a cover-all maintenance task you could do while already working inside the machine.  It might or might not have any effect to the resolution.

I think my motherboard is damaged.

I did the following test:

1)-I replace the battery bios

2)-I reset the bios

3)-I replace the memory ram (Still the same issue)

4)-I did a test with another intel processor but (Still the same issue).

5)-I did a test with another power supply but (Still the same issue).

What other tests can I do?

Then the motherboard dies just for a BIOS update.

I feel so bad that my computer was damaged just for a simple bios update from Dell.com website.

Immediately upon powering on repeatedly press either F2 for BIOS or F12 for Boot Menu.  If neither can be accessed, then your MB may be bricked.  Unfortunately, the 9010 does not have a BIOS recovery option.
