I'm not able to install nor recover windows as my original hard drive that came with the desktop failed. I have tried everything I can think of to get it back to the state it was with a new hard drive. I have attempted to use Dell Recovery & Restore but it will not let me finish the procedure and just restarts, as well as this I have also tried to use the Windows 10 installation USB tool to no avail.
Can someone please provide some sort of assistance?
@redxps630 Sorry to say but I've tried this as well, whenever I try to install windows 10 it will not work and say there are drivers missing. When I go to locate said drivers it will not recognise any of them.
try replace cmos battery w a new one then clear cmos settings via motherboard jumper. after those steps attempt clean Win 10 install using MS media again
@redxps630 Thank you for the suggestions, but I managed to figure this one out by tinkering a bit. I appreciate the time you took to try and help me and thank you.

you can use the latest MS Win 10 Installation Media on USB to do a clean Win 10 install. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-do-clean-installation-windows-10
recovery restore would not work as this model is quite old.
