The power button has a orange light that is solid (not blinking like in another cases) and my model is an Optiplex gx270. I need the computer for my parents... Thank you for helping me!!

GX270 is model that had BAD CAPS and recall for this model ended in 2008.
Its now 11 years past End Of Service Life.
They don't have Radio Shack with Vacuuum Tubes anymore and they don't fix 15 year old computers.
My recommended replacement for this specific model would be GX620 Tower.
