I am afraid the Corsair ram is DDR4 3200 mhz memory definitely not compatible with 9020 which uses DDR3 1600 mhz memory.
otoh Silicon Power DDR3 16GB (2 x 8GB) 1600MHz (PC3 12800) 240-pin CL11 1.35V / 1.5V Unbuffered UDIMM PC Computer Desktop Memory seems a good fit for 9020.
How about this one?

According to the Timetec spec sheet that will work. Generally Crucial is the most compatible RAM for Dell, BUT having said that I used Timetec RAM for my Latitude E6420 and it works like a charm.
On the question page from that Amazon product page I found this:
