Broadcom Advanced Control Suite BACS and WIN 2019

Hello,

How to install the BACS on a R7525 with windows 2019? I have enabled the control suite but nothing seems intalled.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have found the SRV-IO problem, it was not in the driver, not the global sr-iov, not win config.

    It's the "bios" of the nic card that has to be set-up. F2+DEVICE SETTINGS (not in idrac or openmanage).

    I haven't found documentation of that anywhere, and it's also not easy to configure with all the options it has.

    Also it seems that with broadcom control panels are discontinued.

    Hi, does your server have the network hardware? If you have installed a software that doesn't have the hardware, it will not work. Let us know if you have any further questions. Happy New Year!

    Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet BCM5720

    &

    Broadcom Adv. Quad 25Gb Ethernet

    could you completly remove the BACS drivers then reinstall them?

    What's is happening when you launch the BACS program? Do you have an error message?

    BACS is not installing, it does not appear anywhere. Maybe new verisons don't have BACS.

    But no control suite?? how to check the nic status, transcievers, etc...

    Done, no diference

    Uninstall the two drivers , reboot, reinstall them, reboot.

    At this point I've no idea of what is going on.

    I'll escalate your problem to an L3 for investigation.
