I have Dell T620 server, which has started shutting down by itself after approximately 15h after it is started since last week.
only log i can see is SYS1003 - System CPU Resetting. SYS1001 - System is turning off.
i did the RAM test and ran the diagnostic test and everything is working and green. i tried removing PSU 1 than PSU2 but each time it shutdown. all drivers/firmware are updated
how can i fix this? anyway to figure what's wrong?
Previously before the issue happens, is there any changes between? in such like firmware level, hardware installed.
Do you have access to run log collections in iDRAC? I would be willing to give a simple check on the logs to find any clues. Let me know. Is this a production server? When the server shuts down, do you have to manually turn on the server or it reboots?

i have not made any hardware or software/firmware changes.
Yes i do have access to iDRAC, let me know how to collect and submit it to you? Its a homelab server. After it is shutdown i have to manually turn it on. (i believe auto reboot is off in bios)
The command racadm racreset will not do anything but restart the controller. The command that would reset the iDRAC to factory defaults would be racadm racresetcfg. You can safely proceed with the first command. Once I do a racadm racreset, I usually follow it with a ping -t. Once the ping -t starts getting responses, the web server should become available shortly after.
We can all look it over, but I'm on shift, so I can give it a look. I'm going to send you a PM with some contact info. Please don't reply to said PM, we'll want to handle the case in the thread
