This is all new to me. I do not understand how to fix this problem:

After the computer is on for a few minutes a blue screen comes up saying

stop error screen.

Do a driver update.

Check video adapters.

Do a bios update.

Disable caching or shadowing.

Restart in safe mode if screen apperar gain with F8.

I have printed out my current system configuration to see what I have.I am still not positive on what to do. Thanks!
