Hello all,

I just bought couple untested Xeon 2699 v4 CPUs and install one. After powering on all fans started to spin but nothing happened and screen was black. Then I unplugged/plugged the power cord and now the workstation does not turn on. I`ve tried to press PSU test button and it doesn't start. Did i just fry the motherboard? Thanks.
