i wrote a message a day or 2 ago about my printer not printing color. apparently,other than buying another printer,theres nothing i can do to solve problem? i tried everything....................any suggestions??????????????????
Have you tried running a Nozzle Clean? To run Nozzle Clean:
1. Click Start > All Programs > Dell Printers > Dell A940 AIO Printer > Dell Printer Solution Center
2. On the Dell Printer Solution Center, click Maintenance.
3. Click Clean to Fix Horizontal Streaks, then click on Print.
It should print 4 colors in lines (black, yellow, pink/red). If it doesn't print the color, try to remove the ink cartridge, then reinstall the ink cartridge. If you already tried replacing the color ink cartridge, there might be a need to replace the printer... that is if its still under warranty.
