hope you can assist because I tried your suggestion and it did not work

R98804.EXE cannot be installed, I receive error that driver cannot be found.

my system is a Dell Inspiron with W10

Try this procedure and see if the printer installs.

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue.

Disconnect the printer.

Hit the Windows key and the x keys at the same time, programs and features, your printer, uninstall.

Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal

Download the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 64-bit. Install the Vista drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode you’ll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time (powered on).

I tried to locate the vista drivers, but there are so many that I am afraid to install the wrong one.

can you give me a link to the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 64-bit

My computer is a 32 bits optiplex dell

I think most Windows 10 systems are 64-bit(but don't hold me to this.)

I tried both 32 and 64 bit Vista drivers,

I went through the installation of the AIO962 and installed it,but my system only see the 962 as a scanner and it works fine as scanner.

but my system does not recognize the AIO 962 printer driver,  this is noted on the bottom of the screen print below. (it is in dutch )

The 962 is listed as printer but 'driver not available'

so I made a step forward to use the scanner but hope you can assist to also use the printer.

You should see an English folder there. Right click, new, create folder. Name the new folder Dutch. Copy all the files in the English folder and paste them to the Dutch folder.

Double click on the Vista 64-bit drivers and install again. There should be a message, then printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time (powered on.

Sorry to bother you again, I followed yr instructions carefully, but printer driver for the 962 remains unvailable or undetected by my system.

The scannner works fine, so I don't understand why the printer drivers are not detected.

I switched Windows 10 to English to make sure language is no problem.

I finally managed to install the printer,

1. delete all installed AIO 962 software manually

2 install the Dutch Vista 64 R160799.exe

3 run the installation as 'administrator'

The next problem I run into is the ERROR 1203 Cartridge, but this may be a competibility problem of the cartridge (non Dell).
