I have a one vertical line going down the left side of the paper. It happens no matter which way I print.  Feeder, Scanner or computer.  Tried cleaning the drum with the stick and cleaned the screen.  Nothing works.  I was told by a dell tech that I would have to buy a Kit and replace parts plus pay $179 for someone to put it in.  He said a drum would not fix the problem since it is coming from the feeder and scanner too!

Does anyone have another way to repair this?

I changed the drums, and still having the same issue.
