I am having trouble installing the w5300 on a
Novell network that only uses IPX for communication.
The printer is not being seen by the network. I never
had a problem with Xerox, HP or IBM printers when
setting up a network printer.

I think you may be right. Dell offered no help. I talked
with 7 people. The printer people transferred me to
the software people. The software people said only
the printing people could help me. When I sent
technical support an email, I got a reply from
BounceAdmin@dell.com saying the email was not
delivered. Great service. I will stick with HP, IBM
and Xerox printers in the future.
