w5300
OS is 2000----we have a software that is based on Visual Basic possibly 5.0, which pulls info out of our sql database then dumps into excel sends formating commands and then it prints it out to the dell w5300..yet as we have used this software previously with an HP4500 it works fine never gave an error...but when we use this dell whether through the network or the usb cable we continue to get the following errors..please if any one has a clue ...please reply
(NOTE: we are using a brand new machine with sufficient memory and hard drive space sufficient process resources and all updates)
