Hi,

I bought a Dell Inspiron E1505 in late December 2006.  I was told that I would receive an upgrade to my MS Office 2003 software to MS Office 2007 in 6 to 12 weeks.  I registered the product and have checked back regularly at the assigned website.  The site always says that the product is on order.  It is now over 12 weeks with no Office 2007.  I have called Dell 6 times with no success only the run around.  I have spent many minutes on hold.

Can anyone help?
