Can't install My Dell from Windows Store

Hi,

I purchased Dell 5590 last year. I recently did a reinstall of Windows removing everything. While I managed to install all Dell apps after reinstall, I am not able to install My Dell app from the Store, which helps in running diagnostics, etc.

Appreciate any tips on this.

If that matters.

    Microsoft Store app download fails after Operating System reinstall

    The following solution is for advanced users. Before following these steps, set a Windows Restore Point. Reset or reinstall Windows 10 on your Dell computer

    * Click left Windows Start
    * Type cmd
    * Command Prompt will appear, click "Run as administrator"
    * You are now in the black Command Prompt section

    * The StoreContentModifier in the second command below can be DELL_XPS or DELL_INSPIRON or DELL_ALIENWARE or DELL_VOSTRO. So you have to add your specific model in the command

    * Type this line and when done [press Enter] =

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store" /v OEMID /f /t REG_SZ /d DELL

    * Type this line and when done [press Enter] =

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store" /v StoreContentModifier /f /t REG_SZ /d "System_Name"

    * Exit Command Prompt and restart the PC

    I have the same problem.

    Got my Dell XPS 13 back from repair, with a newly installed windows 10 and no Dell apps.
    Not sure what the windows update suggestion was supposed to do =/ ?
