Dell Tech Concierge and its DTC Software Tool Has destroyed my Computer Repeatedly

I do not know what to do. DTC techs make promises and commitments repeatedly and not one of them has lived up to what they promise. This DTC Tool has numerous and repeated script errors. It uninstalls programs and applications that I have always had (all prior to DTC and its install DTC Tool) This Tool also erases every single Restore Point. This includes Windows Update Restore Points. This includes logically thought out decisions for my Manual Restore Points--which most Computer Owners know is best to do. A Manual Restore Point takes only a minute. That minute is well-invested when or if installing a new programs causes problems. With a Manual Restore Point (and a minute of your time), you have a quick, easy, safe "go back to" point on your Computer. Further Microsoft Windows has all the experience with this--all years and years of their investments and their own technology--Windows creates Windows Update Restore Point--just in case one or more had a bad effect on any specific computer. YET--the DTC Tool automatically removes any all Restore Points, automatically and in a way and at a time that is invisible to the Computer Owner. A very cheap service for DTC--this cost them no money, since this is all automated in a very poorly constructed software program--an automation which DESTROYS the Customer's computer in numerous ways and repeatedly.. More later. I would appreciate other experiences, feedback, and opinions--most of all any solutions.

Same problem. DTC disables my System Restore and I'm unable to enable it.  On this forum trying to figure out how to do that.

Let's rule out a Malware Infection because you do have some of those symptoms.

Go over to www.spywarehammer.com and register.

This is a Malware Removal site that I am associated with and know the people that work there.  They're all top of the line Malware Removal Experts.

After you register, read the directions on how to have your system checked out.

They'll help you if you need it.  Tell them I referred you and in your subject line put att:Bugbattter
