Hello sir /Maam, I want to report some issues regarding on my laptop Dell Inspirion 5542. My Fast access Facial Recognition is having some problem. My OS was windows 8.1 after upgrading it on windows 10. My windows log in keeps on flashing cant click anything nor log on my account and the only thing that shows is the fast access but it boots on safe mode. What solution can I do? my laptop was just 2 months old. Please help me with my problem. Thank you
