As a former Word user, I'm finding Works very easy to use. 

My one problem is that I cannot get attachments sent to me

as Word files to open and I've not figured out how to convert

them to Works (or my Works files to Word for my Word using

friends).  Short of paying $150 to download MS Word,

what do I do?  --Judy Federick
