Works Printing Problems

I run Works 7.0 on Windows XP. Until 2 months ago, I had no problems. Now, if I try to print from my Database, I get message-No Default Printer Selected. I can print for Word, e-mail messages-everything except my database. If I try for Print Preview-I get Printer Driver is missing or not valid. Can anybody help this computer-ignorant person ??   Thank you, Rich

When you are in Works, do this:

File, Print, Setup ... there is a drop down menu there
Select the printer you want to use from the list

Once this is done, next time Works is opened it should
show the printer you selected as your Default Printer

I can't get that far. When I hit Print, I get the error message.

Perhaps you need to try a Repair Install
    of Microsoft Works

What is a Repair Install ? Do you mean uninstall and then reinstall Works ?

    Thanks, Rich

When you install the Works CD, it will give you a choice
of Install, Remove or Repair .. if that choice is not there
and you have the Product License Code or Serial Number, then
save any documents you may have created in Works in a seperate
folder on the hard drive (just in case they get lost or corrupted
during the reinstall or repair) before you do the repair install

Bruce, Thank you very very much. I processed the CD through Repair and it solved my problem.

    Again, thank you very much
