My name is Dawn Dinkoski and I'm part of the Proven Team I can give some clarification on this one.

Associate level credentials receive an e-Certificate

First Specialist level credential receive an e-Certificate and a Polo Shirt - the polo is shipped 4-5 weeks after the quarter in which it was earned

Second Specialist level credential receive an e-certificate only

Expert level credential receive a hard copy Certificate and a Polo Shirt - ships within 2 weeks of being earned

Thanks for the clarification. Anyway I want to ask for further clarification... Is that e-Certificate which you had said can be given only through e-Mail or it has a hard copy which was also the question of NAS since his testing center promised him with that. I also asked because, as I remembered 2 years ago I received a hard copy of the E20-040 certificate. Is it a new procedure or maybe I forgot it also... FYI, in my E20-616 I received a same paper and style of certificate with a polo shirt . Please consider my questions, a newbie here. Thank you very much Dawn.

You are correct, 2 years ago we did send hard copy certificates for Associate level credentials.

The policy changed a year and a half ago and we started issuing e-certificates for Associate level credentials instead of the hard copy certificates that you used to receive by postal mail. The feedback was so positive that in January 2009 we started sending e-certificates (by email) for the Specialist credentials as well.

The Associate level logo is generic and does not include the word Associate.

If the generic logo option is not available in your CertTracker account please email edservices@emc.com and one of our team will be able to look at your account and advise. please remeber to include your EMC ID from CertTracker.

I had take the training of  "NAS Operations and Management with Celerra" in 19/9/2010 to 23/9/2010 for information the trainaing was for partner ,but I don’t receive  my e-certificate ?
