The errors displayed break down as follows, the 1410 and 1422 errors are processor errors, where the E1715 is a BIOS error. The 1410 error is seen anytime there is a process interruption and can be caused from alot of sources.

Now are you seeing anything in the SEL or the hardware logs in addition to the 3 errors, anything else displayed?

What I would also like to try is to take the server to the Minimum to Post configuration, that is removing everything from the server but the following;

System board
Risers
Processor (CPU1) with Heatsink
Power Supply
One stick of memory in dual in-line memory module (DIMM) slot A1
Control Panel with cable

So power down the server, remove the ac cables, hold down the power button, then remove everything but those devices and then try powering up. If the errors clear then individually replace the removed hardware until the issue reappears, identifying the problem part.
