Go to SolutionESRS update not downloading
Got the message to update to 3.40.00.08, however clicking the download button does nothing.
I've tried numerous times today and after the download taking too long message and refreshing constantly the update still fails to appear as available.
Any ideas?

I also have the same issue. Further more I tried to update from console with zypper. Zypper shows no updates.

The same on my Systems.
in SSH the list for patches don´t showing the newest Version.
But in the GUI it shows to wants to upgrade to 3.40.00.08.

I have the same issue since last week, unable to download update 3.40.00.08
I receive many email notification during the day :

- Additional information about enhancements and updates are available in our SRS Release Notes.

- Please do not interrupt the process (i.e. reboot) while the system is updating .
- It is recommended to take a snapshot or backup of the VM before applying update.

I'm having the same issue.
In my ESRS Alerts I get an alert when I try to download and it fails. I tried to download manually from EMC Downloads and it fails also. Looks like the download doesn't exist or has the incorrect permissions.
This is from ESRS.
This is what happens when I try to go to URL manually.

According to EMC this is an issue globally for this version.

If its an issue with the software, would be nice if EMC would let us know through email. We, too, have been trying to download since we get multiple emails telling us to upgrade, daily. Do we need to get a ticket going or can whoever has a ticket going let us know when its fixed?

Did you install it successfully? Someone else indicated the code was pulled? A little surprised EMC wouldn't let us know by email if they did pull the code, now it just appears that the link is not correct...

Yes, it installed fine. I suspect that the bug isn't in the ISO itself, but in the download process via the web gui.

Okay, so I think I've found a workaround. Every time I try via the web gui to download the upgrade, it fails. I ssh'd onto the ESRS and ran this:
/opt/scripts/esrsvescript-linux/bin/downloadISO.sh
The download worked (953M downloaded). I then refreshed the web gui and the file was available to be applied.
