As of today there is no UPGRADE path available from EX to SourceOne. It can only be in co-existance model. It is something that is expected to be available in the future.
In case you are a customer I will suggest speaking to your account manager to find more details about SourceOne.
In case you a consultant, SourceOne Administartion training should help. I believe its already discussed in the training.
