Error message when double clicking the shortcut (ed) message in Outlook
After I done the Archive and Shortcut on a message. The message seem to be shortcutted properly in the EmailXtract. But when I double click on the message to open it, I see the following errors,
"The message selected is archived & Shortcutted, and cannot currently be retrieved (Shortcuts are not available when Outlook is offline.)
If using cache mode, please synchronize your mailbox."
And I am sure the outlook is not offline, it is ON.
Do you need to unclick the "Use cache mode for Exchange" when we create the user profile for any mailbox?
