We have been running EmailXtender in read-mode and Sourceone 6.6 with Exchange 2003.

We migrated mailboxes to a new Exchange 2010 and everything has been working fine (including Sourceone).

The only issue is an error message in Outlook in cached mode: "Error 80004005-501-4b9-560) while synchronising forms"

This seems to be a known issue and the recommendations (except the fact that we can ignore the error message, but users keep asking!)

is to delete the forms all together if it is not used.

So my question is: do we still need the emailxtender and sourceone in the Public System folder for the shortcut to work?
