cdrom

I have a dimension 2400, while tring to install Norton Internet Security cdrom would not read.

trined another disk, would not read that one either. What could be problem??

Try booting the Dell diagnostics CD - if it will boot and run, you may have a Windows problem. If it won't, you need a new drive.
