Dell demension hd problem
I've got an old dell demension 2100 cpu. I recently tried upgrading to a bigger hd(120gig) with xp pro installed. For some reason xp does not boot up and the hd keeps rebooting.
Is the hd too large for the bios on the motherboard ??
Can someone give me some help plzzzzzzzzz.

Hi,
Try a repair install of XP
Unless the two computers are identical
You cannot take a hard disk with XP installed on it, out of one computer and install it in another.
Microsoft stopped people doing that with product activation.
Boot from the XP CD and install or repair.
