I have a huge situation and would like to know if anyone has a copy of the dell promotion magazine for december..I purchased a dell computer on dec 30 ..it was for the december promotion where you got the 17 inch flat panel..a dimesion e310 and a free printer...the computer was supposed to be equipped with cd/dvd burning..to my misfortune it did'nt..I contacted dell multiple times only to be put on hold for hours on in...I need a copy of the e-code for this particular promotion...the cost was 599 plus tax..and according to the representative my speakers werent included..according to this invoice that i recieved today ,..the speakers were included ...and I only have a 16x dvd reader..this representative did not give me what I asked for..apparently she went ahead a built her own computer and charged me the wrong price...so I am asking ..if anyone has the december issue of dell where it's the 17 inch flat panel and the free printer on the first page...pls pls send me a copy....
