Solutions Enabler can be deployed via ECC, but you have to actually install it. The utility is called MRLK (Media Repository Load Kit) and this is typically installed when you install ECC. I believe you should be able to install this at any point, however. The nice thing here is, you can install the latest SE into ECC and get that deployed. There used to be issues in getting the SE upgraded within ECC once it was installed.

So, goto the knowledgebase and look up MRLK, you should get a document which tells you how to do this.

You should definitely look up the details, but I can tell you that it CAN be installed after the fact for ECC deployment.

I had an initial install of ECC 5.2 sp3 and when EMC upgraded it to sp4 they also added the ability to deploy SE directly from ECC.

the MRLK for SE ( downlaodable from solution enabler section )
is only available for SE 6.0.3.
MRLK for 6.3.0 was planned for December but I m still waiting for it !

if any guy form ECC can give us news about it that would be great !

to deploy on all servers just right click on all hosts,
select agent/install, wait -it can be long depending on number of hosts-
than choose to deploy solution enabler.
ECC schedules 3 simultaneous deploiements.
